Work in Progress: Preparing for Our Centennial
August 17-December 21, 2024
The life of an exhibition starts long before the public experiences it, with years of research and preparatory efforts among curators, collections managers, textile conservators and exhibition production staff. Watch the video below to learn about the process of creating exhibitions from start to finish — from custom conservation treatments to the construction of display boards and cases to the installation of artworks in the galleries.
