Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how cultural institutions operate, engage audiences and safeguard heritage. This program explores the transformative role of AI across the museum ecosystem – from enhancing visitor experiences and accessibility to reimagining collections management, preservation and interpretation.

Participants will gain insights into how machine learning, generative AI and automation are being applied to unlock new forms of storytelling, streamline operations and deepen connections with diverse communities. At the same time, the program will examine the ethical questions that arise when museums adopt intelligent technologies, including authorship, authenticity, bias and trust.

Designed for museum leaders, technologists and cultural professionals, the discussion offers a balanced view of the opportunities and challenges AI presents and will spark conversation on how museums can responsibly innovate in the digital age.
