Workshop: Sketching in the Galleries

Stephanie Travis, program head and associate professor, GW's Interior Architecture Program

Stephanie Travis, head of GW's Interior Architecture Program, will lead a two-part workshop focused on sketching artworks on display in the museum. The first part will include an introduction to onsite sketching, covering both tools and methods. Following this orientation, the group will head into the galleries to capture both the architectural perspective and the inspiring designs on display.

This program is part of the museum's weekly Textiles at Twelve series, which explores textile arts and global cultures through films, lectures, gallery talks, and more. Free; no reservations required.
